Red Terra Cotta Guardian ~ Man In The Pot Guardian Face Pot ~ Cauldron Planter These are the most unusual little ceramic planters, we have seen in awhile! This terra cotta pot is styled after a cauldron, with a man's face on the front. Makes a fine whimsical guardian for your favorite plant. Our goofy little man can be used for so many things. I should mention that they DO have a drain hole, so are perfectly suited for small slow growing plants, but also great for candy dishes, offering bowls, pencil holders, paper clip holders, and so much more. They would be excellent for votive candles, if you have a glass holder or cup to keep the wax from dripping through the hole. A little putty in the drain hole can make this an ideal incense burner! Another point of note, is that these are unsealed terra cotta. That is, they will erode, slowly over time, if left exposed to the elements. It is still quite durable, but think twice before placing the planter outdoors for eternity. Our terra cotta man / face pot is 4" across, and 3 1/2" tall.
