Grandpa's Privacy Statement

At Grandpa's, we understand your wish for privacy.  We feel the same way, ourselves. For each visitor to our Web Site, our web server does not recognize information regarding your e-mail address and we do not use cookies, except while you are shopping(to keep track of your shopping cart). When you place an order with us, register to be added to an e-mail list maintained by us, or enter any type of drawing or contest, we do not share that information with any other person or business.  If you place an order, your credit card information is encrypted(scrambled) on a secure server, and remains private.  Any e-mail and private information collected is never sold to anyone and remains private. In no case will we knowingly provide personal postal addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers to third parties, unless required by law. The exception to this, is unlawful use of checking accounts, and/or credit cards. In the event of unauthorized use of bank accounts and/or credit card accounts, we will give any information we have about the partie(s) concerned to the proper authorities, to help catch and prosecute the offender(s). We do not send spam, and do not like to receive it, ourselves. For informational or promotional e-mail from Grandpa's General Store, you may unsubscribe, at any time,  by following the simple instructions in any e-mail sent to you. If you believe that Grandpa's has not adhered to these privacy principles, please notify us by email at the following address: CustomerService@GrandpasGeneral.com  We will make every reasonable effort to promptly determine and correct the problem.
